Ittle Miss Kaylee

Kaylee is doing wonderful and is quite the lil toddler these days! She is going with the flow of pt'ing, still has accidents but I'm sure those will happen for some time! She does where a diaper or pull up at school, night time and naps but rest of the day she is in panties or clothes training pants(they are thicker than panties :) ) Down side to potty training is she is having belly issues now, she will hold poo's instead of going we have no idea how to manage this issue but we'll get it.
She's growing up so fast, we really need a pause button! She is the sweetest lil thing in the world! She always tells us "miss you so much mommy or daddy" I just love her voice. She loves cartoons and really does learn from them! And of course what a toddler without the back talk! lol Good lord does she have a vocabulary on her and where does she learn some things at! There is so much I could say but then I'd have to write a book!

Preschool-
She still has some sad times(as her report says) but is having more happy times! Her teacher loves her and says she is very polite! They say she plays very well and loves open play time! I've watch her from the window a couple times and she seems to love story time at the end of the day. Mommy and Daddy love getting her crafts every week and our fridge is covered in them! We are really seeing the benefit of Kaylee going to preschool even though she says she not like it! lol She goes around singing ring around the rosie and duck duck goose! We have never played duck duck goose! She also sings clean up clean up! AWWW to see and hear her makes me feel so much better about leaving her! LOL Also normally when we go to mc d's or somewhere like that to play inside she HAS to have us play with her ALL the time. Well sunday we went to mc d's for playtime and she took her shoes off and was gone..............no mention of us to go with her! She had a blast with all the other kids and even found a lil friend to talk with! As much as an adjustment it is for her and I we really feel its good for her and we can already see what she is learning!

Another BIG milestone........POTTY Time

Kaylee did, she went POTTY in her chair for the first time this morning. OMG I was/am so very proud of her and happy. I know we have a long way still but she did and all by herself no asking by me or taking her to the potty. After a couple of failed tries by me to potty train her I said....ok she will do it in her own time. I'm so glad I let her decided when she was ready, so much easier and I know that she understands what to do this way.
I was just changing her diaper and getting her dressed this morning. She got up and took off as usual(hahaha)running naked. I did say you can potty if you want, cause she did want to put a diaper on. She said "o ta I will" and ran to her potty. I though ok she'll just sit there and then say no I fine as she normally does! hahaha So I go finish getting ready for work and start the car. I come back in the house and she runs out and says ick wash hands, fingers. I look and her fingers are wet and I knew right away she either pee'd or got in the toilet. I ran in there and she had PEE PEE'd. I just jumped up and down and said good girl Kaylee, big girl, I"m so proud of you....you peeeeeeed! LOL Then we danced around the house and got her some snacks. We'll see when she goes again.....still no pushing just when she feels she wants to!!!

EDITED: She has pee'd several times today and seems to really like doing it! WOOHOO! Maybe soon she will tell me when she needs to go. I'm so proud of her!

Attempted Potty Training

Ok so we tried potty training this past Mon. hahaha At 8am I put Kaylee in some cute lil panties her and her mamaw picked out! I think we went through 25+ pairs of panties until I gave up! I gave up only because we just don't feel after that day that Kaylee is ready for potty training! She looked aweful cute in her panties but just wasn't interested in the potty and in fact would cry when I ask her to sit on it! I ask her every 5 min or so if she needed to go potty and we go to the potty! She'd sit on it sometimes and other would not! She did tinkle and poopy a little but thats only because I caught her in the act. Other than that she'd get off the potty and just go pee in the other room right after! At 4:30 I decided to put a diaper back on her. Yes maybe I should have gave it more time but I just don't want to make it a bad experiance for her and I want her to be ready! She just is not at this time which is totally fine! We'll keep introducing her to the potty and here in a few more months try again! Here are a few pic from the day! She just ran around in a tshirt and panties........so cute!

The New Word! & She's WALKING

Kaylee is now saying HI! Its so sweet to hear her lil voice! She jabbers alot and most we don't understand! HA HA But she says, DADA/daddy,MAMA,MEME and now hi! We still think she trying dog but we can't make it out! Shes been saying hi for a bit but we just thought it was jabbering! But lastnight I said hi to her and she responded back and continued over and over! She is clapping all the time finally and waving bye bye again! She started the waving months ago but I guess got bored with it and stopped! HA HA Such a stinker she is! She is also walking more now about 10 steps or so! She only gets one bottle(at night, is completing on milk/table foods now! Her eating is hit and miss though, I don't like that, but I hear its common! She barely eat for a couple days and then eat everything for a couple days but she takes her sippy and milk and loves it! Today she has been letting go of things and walking around! All of a sudden I'll look over and kaylee is walking! So awesome! She has also learned to go from sitting to standing without any help at ALL! O how our BABY GIRL is growing! She amazing us everyday! Kaylee's Milestones!!

Two big milestone happened the past two days for Kaylee!
First yesterday(7/13)she pulled herself up to her knees in her crib! Now we are just waiting for the standing up!
Then just a few minutes ago while playing in her crib she said.............MAMA 3 times!! SOOOOOO AWESOME!! WOOHOO KAYLEE
Edited: Kaylee has also been giving out kisses for a couple weeks now, I just forgot to post it! Is too cute to see her do it! And we just love it!
