Kaylee First Spoon meal!

Sunday(Feb18th)morning we gave Kaylee rice cereal with a spoon for the first time! She didn't like the spoon at all! She cried through all of it but did eat some! Then that night we tried again and it went better! She still didn't care for the spoon but didn't cry thanks to mommy & daddy making faces and noises! HE HE She looked so cute with cereal all over her face! I've tried a couple more times but she cried like I was pinching her, so Jason and I have to do it together in the evening for now. Here is a picture of her dinner time!
Well today is Kaylee's first Valentines Day! One year ago today she was conceived! We went out to eat and celebrated as a family of 3, with our sweet Valentine's girl!

HAPPY 4 MONTHS KAYLEE

Kaylee was 4months old on the 3rd! Wow is she getting big. Kaylee is now graping her toys and knowing it and found the TV last night. It was so funny watching her watch TV. She got a little floor gym toy for Christmas that she just loves now. She will play on it for at least an hour or more. She loves to looked at herself in the mirror and why not she is the PRETTIEST baby around. We went Saturday for her 4mon pictures and she did awesome. She was awake and smiling like crazy. It was so hard to chose which pictures we wanted so we chose almost every pose. HA HA HA Then Sunday Kaylee cheered on the COLTS to a Superbowl win. You know they won because she was cheering. HA HA HA Actually the little fart sleep through the entire game almost. HA HA
This morning Kaylee had her 4month check up and shots. What a big girl she was, barely even cried. She is 13.3lbs & 233/4inches. The doc said she is doing great and right on target for growth and development. He also gave us the go ahead to start spoon feeding with rice cereal or even some baby food fruits and veggies. I think we'll start with the cereal then in few weeks try baby food. Her meds for acid reflux was increased a little since she is spitting up more again, but not a big deal really. He also wanted us to start having her sleep in her crib and not her swing. HA HA O boy will that be a challenge. We need to though, she is not sleeping as good in her swing anymore anyway. She does take naps during the day in her crib or on her floor gym. I think I covered everything! Hope everyone is staying warm!!
