Another Zoo trip

We went to the Indianapolis Zoo for the second time, first this year! Kaylee was only like 9-10 months the last trip and wasn't into it a lot but this time was SO FUN! She loved the OCEANS area! She got to pet a dog shark and LOVED watching the penguin's swim! They were her favorite animal! She enjoyed the petting zoo also. She really just like watching all the animals! It was a beautiful day and not busy at all! Kaylee got to walk almost the entire 3hr we were there which she and we loved! Its still so special going places with her and I think it will always be! Another toy!

Here is Kaylee's new sandbox! Well not completly new, we got it off craislist! Gotta love that site! Her favorite thing to do is throw the sand OUTSIDE of the sandbox! Our new challage with her! We also bought her a potty chair! We are just introducing it to her right now and so far she knows that it is a potty now its just teaching her what potty is! She very smart and catching on to things quite quick so I don't think we'll have a problem! The problem will be how strong willed she is....will she want to go potty or not! hahahaha

Indianapolis Children's Museum

Sunday we all went to the childrens museum and had a blast! Kaylee loved everything and was able to run around just as she wanted! We spend about 4hrs just playing and watching Kaylee have fun! What a wonderful experiance it was! Again it was great to finally take OUR toddler and not go solo!! O how I just LOVE being a mommy, there is nothing more rewarding then to watch,teach,love and kiss her!!!

Big Girl MiniMovie

Kaylee has started using a fork really good! Its so cute and we are so proud of her! Our pedi ask me if she knew how to use one and I was like "NOPE" never gave her one to actually eat with! LOL Never really occured to me that she was old enough. So he said we should be so we gave it to her last night to eat her grilled cheese and she picked it up right away! Here is her eating her ravioli for dinner. I know its not a huge deal but we are so proud of her and EVERY milestone is huge for us! LOL

Happy 18 months

Its hard to believe but our baby girl is 1 1/2 already! Wow where has time gone! In only 6mons we'll be having her 2yr birthday party, how sad but happy too! Kaylee is learning so much everyday and growing very well! She is 22.9lbs(25%)and 31.5in(50%)! She still doesn't eat a lot but the pedi said she will eat what calories she needs and that she is doing wonderful! Only she knows when she is hungry so we just go with the flow of her......Kaylee is in control! hahaha!!! Thankfully she got no vaccines and won't until she is two........thats wonderful! She has all her teeth except her two yr molars, not looking forward to those coming in but we have a little while! I will soon schedule her her first dentist appt also! She is sleeping well and still taking two naps a day! Her favorite food right now are fruits, peaches and blueberries!
Lets see whats new.......not much really! She did say "please" a few time yesterday when I told her to, which is new! Her new favorite word is uhhO! She says that everytime something is dropped! hahaha And she finally noticed that the TV has buttons that she can push! We've been lucky that she has never played with the TV but as of this morning she is now!UGH! She is also liking cartoons more than before! She only watching cartoons in the morning....dora,mickey mouse clubhouse, backyardagains and a couple others! Used to she'd only watch for a couple minutes but the past week she will watch them a lot more...especially Dora! We also tried out some sidewalk chalk the other day and she liked it a little! Mostly she thinks they are balls and throws them! LOL They are the shape of eggs(got them for easter).

WOOHOO Warm Weather!

AWWWWW finally the warmer weather has arrived and we are soaking it up! We got a Copilot Limo Child Seat for Kaylee to ride in for bike rides and of course her helmet! She looks so cute and the seat is really comfy! Sat we rode for about 12mi and today 10mi, it was so nice to get out! Kaylee is loving the weather and just loves being outside. We have to fight her to come inside!!hahaha Here is a pic of Daddy and Kaylee.
