Kaylee's getting too big!!

Couple new things with Kaylee!!
She is just exploding with development,its so wonderful to see! First she had her first finger snack, a animal cracker on Monday! She wasn't really too into it but tried it! However yesterday I gave her another and she loved it! Second lastnight daddy was sort of holding her legs while playing on the couch and she started to lift up and..........she was able to lift herself up to a sitting position. It was pretty neat to see! Shes got sometime before she can actually get herself in the sitting position but its a start! WOOHOO!
Also we've cut back her formula from 7oz every 3hrs to 6oz! She was not wanting babyfood hardly at all and the nurse at the pedi office said she was getting so full from formula that she just wasn't hungry! She said that 7oz was plenty and 6oz would be plenty also! So since doing that last week she is starting to actually want babyfood again! I've tried getting her to go 4hrs but normally I lose! HA HA Her favorite is still prunes........too funny! She of course likes any of the fruits/sweety stuff but like some veggies to! Carrots, sweet taters, and some mixed stuff! She seems to like chicken/apples alot too! However she completely dislikes any of the greens!

My First Pool

Finally - we got Kaylee her first swimming pool yesterday! Its the cutiest! Thankfully it was warm enough for her to go in it because the wait was killing mommy!LOL So I filled it up and added some hot water too so it wouldn't be too cold! At first she cried a little but soon found she could play! I think the water was still a little cold so it stunned her! She played for about a 1/2 hour or so. O and she looked too cute in her little swimsuit, I've been dying to put it on her too! This week is going to be pretty warm so its pool time all week! WOOHOO

My first wonderful MOTHERS Day

Well finally a Mothers Day to celebrate! What a wonderful feeling! It was a beautiful weekend! Saturday we went bike riding which kaylee likes along with taking walks! Then Sunday we just relaxed and spend the day together! Jason got me some flowers and made the cutest collage for me from Kaylee! Very special! I love being a mommy!

I got it!!!

Kaylee has officially mastered sitting up! This past Sat she got it down perfect! She just sits a plays now and loves it! She can catch herself and balance so she doesn't fall! Its the cutiest!

HAPPY 7 MONTHS!!

Kaylee is 7 months old today! She is doing great and growing so fast! She weighs about 17.6lbs! Our big girl!! She is still working on the sitting up thing but getting better each day! She still doesn't like tummy time so we are working on that so hopefully she'll try the crawling soon. She can roll but refuses to! HA HA I think she knows mommy wants her to so she is like "Nope" HA HA She is still eating 7oz formula every 3hrs and we have introduced alittle meats with babyfood! She likes babyfood alot but has back off wanting it lately for some reason! Maybe she didn't like something we gave her and decided that was it! HEHEHE I thinking about trying a little baby juice here soon maybe! I've tried a sippy cup a few times and she seemed to like it but only chewed on it but was able to get some water out!
Update: After mommy waiting forever Kaylee just rolled from belly-back and back to her back! It was so neat and jason and I both got to see it!
In other news! We walked the WALK AMERICA for the March of Dimes on April 29th and it was great! We raised almost 200 bucks for a great cause! We walked in memory of Tyler and Erin and in CELEBRATION of Kaylee! We were team RobertsFamily, me,jason,kaylee,grandma Paro & nana Roberts! We had a wonderful day!
